The Board of Directors of Sdiptech AB (publ) has resolved that the 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at IVA (Ingenjörsvetenskapsakademien), Grev Turegatan 16, 114 46 in Stockholm.

The notice of the Annual General Meeting, with a complete agenda and information on how shareholders can participate and vote, will be published in accordance with applicable regulations. Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at the Annual General Meeting must submit a written request to the Board no later than March 31, 2025.
