Sdiptech acquires Polyproject Environment AB
As of today, Sdiptech has acquired all shares in Polyproject Environment AB.
Polyproject Environment is an environmental technology company, specializing in bespoke components and facilities for cleaning contaminated liquids, gases and water. Net sales for the financial year 2016 amounted to approximately SEK 39 million and operating income to approximately SEK 6 million.
Jakob Holm, CEO, Sdiptech, comments:
"Polyproject strengthens the Group's existing offer within water treatment through its specialisation in heavily contaminated environments that exist in cities and in industry. The company's solutions are playing an important role in future infrastructure and the market for water, land and air purification is expected to increase as more stringent environmental regulations are introduced and environmental awareness in general increases in society."
Daniel Bergsten, CEO, Polyproject Environment AB, comments:
"For Polyproject, great opportunities can be realized by gaining a stable and long-term owner such as Sdiptech. With Sdiptech, we become more exposed to a larger market and have natural partners with which we can offer a more complete solution."
