Unfortunately, Internet Explorer has not received any real attention since 2015, when Microsoft introduced their new web browser Edge. As a result, Internet Explorer does not support modern web technologies, which means that modern websites (such as this one) will not display as intended.

Sdiptech AB (publ) has acquired all shares in Eagle Automation Systems Ltd (Eagle). The company designs, manufactures and assembles high-quality perimeter security- and hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) products with the highest security and loss prevention standards for the UK and international markets. Eagle Automation Systems has an annual EBIT of approximately GBP 2 million.
Founded in 1998, the company is one of the largest suppliers of hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) gates in the UK, operating out of its headquarters in Essex, England. Eagle has become a one-stop shop for physical perimeter security, offering a broad range of HVM solutions tailored to high-security environments. Eagle’s expertise in HVM gates positions them as a critical partner for both commercial and government clients seeking enhanced security measures.
“Eagle’s strong reputation as a complete HVM solution provider, to public spaces, industrial- and high security sectors, aligns perfectly with Sdiptech's mission to contribute to safer societies”, says Johan Lahiri, Business Unit Manager, Special Infrastructure Solutions at Sdiptech.
The global market for perimeter security and HVM is expected to continue its expansion, with a growing emphasis on integrated solutions that combine physical and technological measures, such as automated gates, barriers, and surveillance systems. Eagle‘s position as a trusted provider of high-quality solutions places it in a favorable position to capitalize on these trends.
“As security threats continue to increase, particularly around vehicle-based risks, Eagle remains committed to delivering best-in-class solutions that protect people and property. This partnership with Sdiptech will allow us to expand our international footprint and continue to innovate in the field of hostile vehicle mitigation”, says David Ashby, CEO at Eagle Automation Systems.
The acquisition of Eagle supports Sdiptech’s vision of enhancing safety and sustainability across key infrastructure sectors. The company is Sdiptech’s fourteenth business unit in UK and will be included in the business area Special Infrastructure Solutions as of October 2024.
