Aboutthe Role

As a Sustainability Analyst Intern, you will work closely with our Sustainability Analyst, Astrid Karlefors, to support the implementation and development of Sdiptech’s sustainability initiatives. You’ll play a key role in improving our sustainability performance through tasks such as data analysis, ESG assessments, and stakeholder engagement. This internship is flexible, allowing you to work between 50-100% over a six-month period, starting at the beginning of next year, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

-         Conducting ESG due diligence for acquisitions

-         Collecting and analysing sustainability data

-         Monitoring and tracking sustainability goals

-         Mapping suppliers for sustainability risks

-         Supporting the development and implementation of sustainability strategies

-         Supporting portfolio companies to drive sustainability improvements

Requirements:

-         Abachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Civil Engineering, or related fields

-         Fluentin both English and Swedish

-         Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

-         Aninterest in sustainability and climate action

-         The ability to communicate effectively at both operational and strategic levels

-         Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently
